Our Field Service Report (FSR) for short is for Service Engineers, from Plumbers, Carpenter, TV Repair, Medical Research Lab Equipment Techs, HVAC, etc. We are now offering this version for free to make way for our FSR Pro.
Track your Customers, Your Customers Equipment, get history of repairs, Keep Track of Parts, Send PDf emails to customers and main office of field report, get signature of customer, add your logo and address, add technician name. Once you choose your customer on the Field Service Report a list of all of their equipment will be listed above the comments sections.
I runtime version is also available if you would like to manually add service report to a desktop version when the main office receive the field report from technician. Visit our website for more details.
